Stories that inspire. Worlds that surprise.
Vaudry Tre' Clinkscale is a storyteller across genres — from children's fiction to science fiction to literary drama — bringing a cinematic eye to every page.
With a background in Film and Cinema Studies from Grand Canyon University, Vaudry Tre' approaches writing the way a director approaches a scene: every detail matters, every moment serves the story. His work spans illustrated children's books, sci-fi adventures, workplace fiction, and action-packed tales that refuse to sit in one box.
Inspired to write at age seven when his mother Gloria W. Simpson created a custom book featuring his favorite cartoon superheroes for his birthday, that childhood gift became the seed for his debut book "To Be A Superhero" — a story about real people who go above and beyond to save lives.
Based in Washington, DC, Vaudry Tre' has published six books across Amazon KDP and AuthorHouse. He collaborates with professional illustrators and co-authors to bring diverse creative visions to life. Whether he's writing for kids or adults, the through-line is always the same: ordinary people doing extraordinary things.
